Keith, a promising young wakeboarder with a particularly bad American accent witnesses the brutal murder of some important guy by a bad dude. Shaft is hired to protect Keith so he can testicle against the bad dude in a court case in a different part of the country. They get on a plane, but the bad dude has organised for some of his mates to release hundreds of cakes while the aircraft is mid-flight. Keith, Shaft and a fat guy with a PSP try to save the day.
