AWS Backup offers a cost-effective, fully managed, policy-based service that further simplifies data protection at scale. In this demo, we demonstrate the cross-account and cross-region backup feature in AWS Backup. We demonstrate how storage and application administrators can copy backups across AWS Regions to implement cross-region business continuity. We also demonstrate how administrators can copy backups across AWS accounts to protect their backups from accidental user activity, account compromises, and ransomware.
