Nasal obstruction is a very common complaint for many individuals presenting to a doctor’s office. Such patients often find themselves mouth-breathing. Normally, the nasal passages should be widely patent allowing for easy nasal airflow. Although there are many different reasons for nasal obstruction whether due to allergies or a deviated septum, large inferior turbinates or turbinate hypertrophy is a very common cause of nasal blockage. Turbinate hypertrophy can vary in severity leading to partial or even complete nasal obstruction if they become very enlarged. VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: You can tell a newborn has a stuffed nose because he'll make snorting sounds when he breathes and sounds snuffly. He may also start breathing through his mouth, which can make feeding difficult. You can help clear your child's nose by running a #humidifier or cool mist vaporizer near his crib and using saline nose drops. If you have trouble wiping away the mucus, try using an infant nasal bulb, also called a nasal aspirator. Start by squeezing the air out of the bulb and gently placing the tip into the nostril, just inside the opening. Make sure you don't push it into the nose. Loosen your fingers on the bulb, which will help pull the mucus out of the nose with it. Squeeze the mucus out onto a tissue. Rinse the bulb well with fresh water before and after each use. To use a nasal aspirator, start by squeezing the air out of the bulb and gently placing the tip in the nostril, just inside the opening. This is what I did to control my severe back pain. If you have a back pain, it is difficult to bend down and move. The most common back pain is low back pain. Sometimes, you might even have a shooting pain from your low back to your foot. Now in that you might have sciatica pain. But don’t you worry, I will be showing you the things that I did to control my severe back pain. Before we get started, rate your pain level from 0 to 10. 10 being very very painful. Here are your exercises: 1. Deep breathing with iliopsoas release - inhale deeply first then exhale while pushing your hands down and towards your pelvis. When you do sell, you might reach a sore spot which are the muscles that are tight which connects to your lower back. This is your iliopsoas muscles. 2. Pelvic bridging - Squeeze your butt cheeks together like your clenching. This will bring your hips posteriorly or backwards which will relax your back muscles. Just a trick, If you need to stand up for a long time like you’re washing your hands or washing the dishes or even when you need to weigh yourself, squeeze your butt muscles and this will relieve some of the tension from your lower back. Do this 10 times 3. Back and hamstring stretch - Please a belt or a long towel around your sole of your foot and hold both ends while pulling yourself down towards your leg slowly. Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds. 4. Figure 4 stretch - Cross your legs on top of The other and lean towards the knee. You will feel the stretch deep from your lower back. 5. Segmental back bending - We will be stretching our back segment by segment. Start by bringing your head down to bend your neck, relax your arm and curl your upper back, then your middle back and Leslie your lower back. Go slow until you almost touch the floor or until you cannot bend anymore. You can do this sitting down or standing up if you have a good balance. Do this exercises and stretches regularly and every day in order to control and maybe get rid of your low back pain. Just a reminder avoid sitting for too long and stand up and walk more often. Also be aware and try to focus on squeezing and using your glutes or your butt muscles when you walk. And for your bonus tip, sleep on your back and place pillows under your legs. أنف وثلاث عيون - A Nose And Three Eyes Movie فيلم انف وثلاث عيون | محمود ياسين | نجلاء فتحي | ميرفت امين | ماجدة | صلاح منصور الدكتور هاشم ( محمود ياسين ) رجل ناجح في عمله و له مغامرات نسائية عديدة . تعجب به أمينة ( ماجدة ) رغم انها متزوجة من عبد السلام و تذهب له في العيادة و تنجح في اقامة علاقة معه. ينصحها هاشم ان تتركه و تعود لزوجها و تعمل بنصيحته مضطرة و لكنها ماتلبث أن تمل من الحياه مع زوجها و تطلب الطلاق و تعود للدكتور هاشم الذي يحاول أن يتهرب منها رغم حبها الشديد له .يقابل هاشم نجوى ( نجلاء فتحي ) احدي مريضاته التي تعاني من عدم القدرة علي السير بسبب حالتها النفسية.و يقع في حبها و يقرر أن يتزوجها . فيتخلص من أمينة و يهجرها في نفس الوقت التي تعترف له نجوى أنها تعيش مع رجل يصرف عليها و أنها لا تصلح للزواج منه . فينهار و يحاول أن يتعرّف علي أخرى و بالفعل يقابل رحاب ( ميرفت امين ) الفتاة الهيبية المتحررة والتي لا تتوانى في ان تقيم علاقة مع اي شاب ولكنه يرفض تحررها هذا و لايستطيع مجارتها . و يشعر هاشم بالتعاسة لفشلة في الحب رغم مغامراته العاطفية و في النهاية يقابل امينه من جديد في احدى البارات بعد أن اصبحت عاهره تبيع نفسها لمن يدفع . ويدرك انه السبب في ضياعها ولكن بعد فوات الآوان .
