Cut the soap base into small pieces and place them in a double boiler or in a heat-proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. 2. Stir the soap base until it is completely melted. 3. Remove the melted soap base from heat and stir in the dried orange peel powder and fresh orange juice. 4. If using, add a few drops of orange essential oil to the mixture and stir to combine. 5. Pour the melted soap mixture into a soap mold or any container you have available and let it cool to room temperature. 6. Once the soap has cooled and solidified, remove it from the mold and cut into desired shapes and sizes. 7. Allow the soap to cure for at least 24 hours before using. Note: Always use caution when handling hot soap and make sure to work in a well-ventilated area.
